That is well and good for people who are interested in the evolution of the various handsets and what manufacturers are doing.
The problem is that many of these reviews exclude “everyman/everywoman,” who simply wants to choose a phone that suits his lifestyle and pocket, and will continue to do so for a while.

Blackberry has been known in the world mobile market to produce mind blowing and extremely effective business models. Damn smart and endowed with a plethora of high-tech features and capabilities that any PDA would be proud of, Blackberry 8800 is one handset that is worth a try. It’s a blessing for all the executives and business users who intend to take the work out of their work stations.
Decked with a GPS system, this handset includes the TeleNav software and doubles as a navigator. The same trackball is incorporated in the Blackberry 8800 that is so typical of all the Blackberry gadgets. One glitch here is that the keypads are quite closely packed giving the keypad a cramped look, but the raised grooves makes up for it.

The Motorola RAZR2 V9m has been released as a major update to the V3m. Motorola created the V9m to be much thinner than its predecessor, and has upgraded it with a much larger external display equipped with virtual touch keys, a la the iPhone. The internal display has also received an upgrade to a QVGA resolution. Motorola has also upgraded the camera to 2 Mega pixels, and the Bluetooth capabilities have been updated to stereo-quality functionality. Other features such as the music player, EVDO data, memory card slot, and speaker independent voice dialing are features that have been carried over form the previous version of the Motorola RAZR. Even though many of the features of the new Motorola RAZR2 V9m are not unique or original, the phone is still incredibly sleek and stylish and well worth the updates and upgrades.
